The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. I found the hotel was easily accessible and very clean. The facilities were also beautiful and well-kept.

the pool area appears very clean. the rooms provide a diffuser and there was a rose on the bed on valentine's day.

the room i stayed in have mold. they attribute that to humidity but i found the shower floor very unclean.

this place is amazing! the staff are friendly and helpful. there are nice common areas to relax near the pool. buying drinks and snacks right there is super convenient. i had a blast!

Honestly the only minor thing i can think of is that the room's layout wasn't perfect. The bathroom door location was a tad inconvenient for quick access.

The rooms have a fridge for keeping drinks cold. I definitely used it. the air conditioning worked perfectly keeping the room cool. It was great. a safety box in the room adds security for valuables.
